Freshers' Orientation 1
The SPE KNUST Chapter began 2025 with a comprehensive Freshmen Orientation, aimed at welcoming newly admitted students and introducing them to the values and opportunities within the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
The program was designed to increase awareness of SPE across various departments in the College of Engineering, ensuring students understood the global vision of the society and how membership could shape their academic and professional journeys.

As part of the orientation, membership registration and renewal drives were carried out, giving new students the chance to formally join the chapter. The session also served as an induction into SPE’s global network, emphasizing benefits such as mentorship, career development, and participation in international competitions.
By the close of the program, SPE KNUST had successfully integrated a new wave of enthusiastic members, setting the tone for an active and impactful year.
